- 🥭泰式芒果糯米飯 [Thai Mango Sticky Rice]
- 材料 [Ingredients]
- 一鍋糯米(糯米飯用的糯米大多是長糯米喔)[a pot of sticky rice(usually long sticky rice)]
- 椰奶200ml [coconut milk]
- 鹽[salt]
- 太白粉[tapioca starch]
- 糖 [sugar]
- 芒果適量 (可以切成格子狀,比較特別~) [mangoes(cut into square, looks more special)]
- 作法[Recipe](以下說的匙都是平匙)[the spoon means flat spoon]
1. 洗米 [wash rice]
2. 煮糯米(糯米:水=1:1.3;外鍋一杯水)
[cook Sticky rice;sticky rice:water=1:1.3]
3. 等待10分鐘 [wait for 10 minutes]
4. 椰奶100ml+兩匙糖+半匙鹽
[coconut milk 100ml+two spoons of sugar+half spoon of salt]
攪拌攪拌 [mix it]
5. 加入煮好的糯米裡 [add into the sticky rice]
攪拌攪拌 [mix it](糯米剛煮好時比較硬,需要大力一點才攪得動)
(sticky rice will be hard when it just cooked)
6. 剩下的椰奶100ml+兩匙糖+半匙鹽
[the left coconut milk 100ml+two spoons of sugar+half spoon of salt]
7. 太白粉一匙+水(能淹過太白粉就好)
[one spoon of tapioca starch+water(just cover the starch)
6+7 攪拌攪拌[mix it]
8. 小火加熱攪拌 [stir on low heat]
加熱到稠狀就可以囉![heat it to thick]
9. 裝盤,加熱的醬可以淋在糯米飯上或是裝旁邊
[put on the plate, the heated sauce can dress on the rice or another plate]
10. 大功告成![Finish!]
