今天地瓜要介紹麵包布丁的作法

- 麵包布丁[Toast Pudding]
- 材料 [Ingredients]
- 吐司4片 [Toast]
- 鮮奶300ml {Milk]
- 蛋一顆 [An Egg]
- 葡萄乾適量 [Some Raisins]
- 糖15g [Sugar]
- 奶油適量 [Some Butter]
- 香草精一小匙 [ Some Vanilla Sauce]
- 糖粉適量 [Some Powdered sugar]
- 可以另外準備適量杏仁角/巧克力米
[You can prepare some Almond Wedges/Chocolate Rice]
- 作法[Recipe]
1. 奶油塗吐司並切小塊,放上盤子,撒上葡萄乾
[Cream toast and cut into small pieces, put on a plate, sprinkle with raisins]
2. 牛奶、雞蛋、香草精和糖拌勻,倒入盤中
[Mix milk, egg,vanilla sauce and sugar, and pour into plate]
3. 用湯匙壓一壓吐司,確保吐司都有吸收到蛋液
[Press the toast with a spoon, make sure the toast absorb the egg liquid]
4. 撒上杏仁角 (沒有也沒關係)
[sprinkle with almond wedges](It doesn't matter if you don't)
5. 撒上糖粉,靜置10分鐘
[Sprinkle with powdered sugar and, stand for 10 minutes]
6. 180度,烤30-35分鐘
[180 degrees, bake for 30-35minutes]
7. 撒上巧克力米 (沒有也沒關係)
[Sprinkle with Chocolate rice](It doesn't matter if you don't)
